A Structured Approach To Complex Mood Disorders.I specialize in evaluating and treating adolescents and adults whose depression has not improved despite previous treatment, as well as those with bipolar spectrum conditions and complex mood disorders. My approach emphasizes careful diagnosis, evidence-based psychopharmacology, and individualized treatment planning.

  5. Structured treatment plan with clear follow-up strategy

Initial Evaluation (60-90 minutes):

A comprehensive diagnostic and treatment planning session designed for complex presentations requiring extended time, detailed history review, and careful formulation. No rushed appointments!

Follow-up Visits (25-30 minutes):

Ongoing medication management focused on response tracking, refinement, and long-term stabilization

How to Start

  2. Complete structured intake forms thoroughly, covering symptoms history, prior treatment 24 hours before your appointment. Forms will be emailed to you upon booking.

I am a Vanderbilt University trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I earned my undergraduate degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
I discovered psychiatry while helping a friend through their first psychotic episode. This experience inspired my commitment to supporting people with the best available psychopharmacologic treatment available.
